City of Clayton Police Department and Municipal Court Building

Pinnacle Contracting completed the General Works Contractor Package for the City of Clayton’s New Police Department and Municipal Court building. The 78,000 SF renovation is located at the corner of Carondelet and S. Brentwood Boulevard. The seven story project received Platinum LEED Certification through the USGBC. In addition, the Heritage Building has been recognized as the most energy-efficient building in the state. Cost-saving technology was installed throughout the building.
