Stevens Institute of Business and Arts

Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. renovated a historic, four-story building at 1521 Washington Avenue to serve as the school’s new campus, which re-located from North Fourth Street in Downtown St. Louis. The 21,000-square-foot structure had housed a shoe manufacturing facility.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I appreciate Jim Kelly’s help. He just completed a couple of tasks for me here at the Isle; we replaced the Dutch door on first floor with a standard door that we had in storage – he had to order and change out the door frame and while he was here he adjusted the magnet on another glass door. It’s such a feather in Pinnacle’s cap that not only do you perform a job, but you take ownership in it after the completion to make sure everything functions down the road.
