Buy Buy Baby and Five Below, Central Plaza Shopping Center

Pinnacle Contracting completed Buy Buy Baby and Five Below which are located in Ballwin, Missouri.  Buy Buy Baby, similar to Babies R Us, is owned by Bed Bath and Beyond.  The store is over 28,000 square feet and it's the first Buy Buy Baby in St. Louis.  Five Below, a discount retail store, is located next door to Buy Buy Baby.  The 6,000 square foot store contains movies, games, toys, accessories, crafts and more for under $5.

City of Clayton's New Police Department

Pinnacle Contracting was awarded the General Works Contractor Package for the City of Clayton's New Police Department.  The 78,000 square foot renovation is located at the corner of Carondelet and S. Brentwood Boulevard.  The seven story project seeks to achieve Silver LEED Certification through the USGBC.

Pattonville Fire House #1

Pinnacle Contracting completed Package #1 (Earthwork, Paving, Site Utilities, & Signalization) and Package #3 (Building Shell) of the Pattonville Fire House #1 project.  The 11,970 square foot fire house is located at the corner of St. Charles Rock Road and Interstate 70.

Webster University, East Academic Building
 
 
Pinnacle Contracting partnered with Paric Corporation to complete Webster University's 92,000 square-foot academic building.  The building contains thirty one classrooms, ten large computer labs, forty eight offices, two large lobbies and various "green" features.  The building was built to meet LEED Silver Certification through the USGBC.
